The assistant professor of leadership and management has confronted challenges in jail cells, in courtrooms, on construction sites, and on aircraft carriers. After joining the UMW faculty in 2007, Kinsley plunged into University committee work. Her readiness to pitch in helped her win the 2009 Outstanding Faculty Award for the Stafford campus.
